What's the best time for working out according to science?

intelligence is what you use when you dont know what to do.
so lets try to apply that, because off the top of my head I dont know what is better.
after eating the body is busy with digestion, so not a good idea.
before eating increases blood circulation and appetite, so probably a good idea.
before sleep sounds good because the body then can regenerate.
after wakeup sound also good because you get your blood circulation going right at the beginning of the day.
but reaching this point rises some questions.
how much running? you have a hard job? then running in the morning does not sound to good.
and if your job is exhausting you might not need to run at all.
or is it physically a very one-sided occupation?

Now is always the best time to work out. Making up reasons and excuses to do it later only means you'll never do it. I lurk 4chan while I rest between sets, the time it takes to make a shitpost is just about the amount of time I rest between sets.
