what factor determine the economical value of a human life ? Why is this many human being unable to build many more trains so they can travel safely ? Why do this many indian are not a wealth in India, but first world country need them to do manual labor ? Do first world country live on old wealth they acquired from the past ? Does a random european / american become worthless if he's relocated to a third world country, unable to survive, to make a living ? Do first world country need the rest of the world to remain poor in order to live comfortably ?

>what factor determine the economical value of a human life ?
Total productivity of a person, which is low when their melanin content is high. Heres a mathematical proof

Productivity+Melanin=0

Hence poopydickshitskin=poor, mathematically speaking.

>what factor determine the economical value of a human life ?
You can infer it by how much a person needs to be paid to increase likelihood of death by x%.
>Why is this many human being unable to build many more trains so they can travel safely ?
They can, they just won't. You might as well ask why Blue states are "unable" to build housing.
>Why do this many indian are not a wealth in India, but first world country need them to do manual labor ?
I've not a clue what you're trying to say here.
>Do first world country live on old wealth they acquired from the past ?
They benefit from old wealth but also functioning institutions allowing them to create more wealth. South Korea used to be a shithole and it's now a rich country. Argentina used to be a rich country and it's now a shithole. Just because you're poor doesn't mean you have to be poor forever and the other way around.
>Does a random european / american become worthless if he's relocated to a third world country, unable to survive, to make a living ?
No, they're just "misused" if they're sent to a place where they're useless.
>Do first world country need the rest of the world to remain poor in order to live comfortably ?
I think it's undeniable there's an element of exploitation when so much of our cheap products are produced for pennies in the third world but I don't think it's necessary. We're only using cheap labor in the third world because it's the cheapest option available. With automation robots will become cheaper than people. There's already a trend of companies coming back to the first world because it's better to automate production than send it abroad.

There's an answer to this but I have a feeling that you're not going to like it.

Argentina is richer than it has ever been. Objectively.
Argentinians will tell you they had subways and electricity in like 1905, so exactly like today except they have waaay more infrastructure today and it isnt just one power plant in the good neighborhood of Buenos Aires, built by the french
