we have a model that uses a spinning ball as Earth and this model predicts every tide, every eclipse and position of each visible object in the sky - sun, moon, planets and stars at any time (and many more things), for centuries ahead and with millisecond precision.
and it never once got anything wrong.
it just works all the time, proving every day and every second that it's correct
