How efficient can this be?
Anonymous at Fri, 17 Jan 2025 14:52:21 UTC No. 16553772
Less than 100%. More energy is used by the battery for electrolysis than you can get back from the system. From what I've read electrolyzing sewage is just a treatment option that separates out pure water at a lower energy cost than other processes.

>Table-top fission is much more efficient.
Does it really matter if you have nearly unlimited amounts of urine?

>About 91โ96% of urine consists of water.
>The remainder can be broadly characterized into inorganic salts, urea, organic compounds, and organic ammonium salts.
also that's just a normal diesel generator

>1 litre of urine
>6 hours generated
why not just drink the urine and generate 12 hours instead?
