Imagine your nucleus is a library. It's filled with cookbooks, that's DNA. The body can't take the cookbook out of the library, couldn't be fucked to register. What your body does is rewrite the recipe it wants from the book on a piece of paper, that's mRNA. It then goes with that sinngle mRNA recipe to the kitchen, that's ribosomes.

mRNA in vaccines is exogenous, meaning it originates outside of your body. You got the recipe from a friend or whatever, and you go straight to the kitchen with that. You never went to the library, you never even saw the cookbook it came from.

mRNA could potentially be designed to create harmful proteins, there's also potential for errors/mutations, but the immune system and proteasomes are likely to deal with that, it wouldn't be very effective given no continuous production without DNA coding for it.

Central dogma doesn't state that "DNA makes RNA, and RNA makes protein", that's a common misconception, this is what James Watson said and it has been refuted as soon as we discovered reverse transcriptase.Francis Crick only stated that genetic information cannot get back out of synthesised proteins, and that is yet to be refuted.
