Why is netwon's third law true? Why is there an equal and opposite reaction for every action?

Well, what's opposite force for gravity?

It’s not true. It is violated, for instance, in some configurations of magnetic fields (because of relativity of course).

because of the conservation of linear moment. force is the derivative of linear moment so it has to be 0 if it is conserved.
why is linear moment conserved? that's because of noether's theorem and the existence of a symmetry in space.
If space is the same at any point, then linear moment is conserved
