๐งต Decontamination in Antilles
Anonymous at Wed, 12 Mar 2025 08:31:35 UTC No. 16616618
French west indies suffered from a kepone contamination between 1966 and 1973 due to intensive banana agriculture.
I was reading that Virgina river had the same issue, but now it seems entirely depoluted.
In Martinique and Guadeloupe, it is to the extent where you cannot even fish or cultivate in certain ponds or soils.
What efficient method would actually help decontaminate these islands ?

We could make this racist a kepone magnet, and use it as a sponge with a large mop
Jokes aside they need a cleaning rain cycle which they can't have cause their rain is acid...
