If tall people live shorter lives, and shorter people live longer lives, why shouldn't midgets get to live to be 150 years old? Giants die early, so it makes sense when you think about it

tl;dr real effect with IGF-1 skill issues, just not that big of an effect size. not the ultimate life-extension pathway.
Meclizine is probably the safest putatively life-extending drug that alters downstream effects of IGF-1 (inhibits mTORC1).
