Just to pretense im not trying to make a free-energy device. It would be battery powered.
If you accelerated a ferros object in a circle using coils, made it so that it accelerated as it was going up with coils, F=m_ferroobj x a_up. Such that upward force overcame F_g = m_whole-craft ร g. Then on the way back down the loop deaccelerated it using the winding, regening a tiny bit of energy (again not a perpetual motion device) could this provide enough lift to move something up?

Would need some control circuity to time acceleration ups, seems it cannot be a constant circular velocity.
