Any solution to the gamma ray burst events that may hit earth soon?

Blend 3 parts lead powder with 1 part corn starch and 1 part cold water (has to be cold) together. Slather a healthy amount of it on your skin everyday, the lead will keep you from being exposed to gamma radiation because it's a good shielding material. Problem solved and crisis averted!

An average GRB releases as much energy as the Sun during 10 billion years. There has been at least 10 billion people on Earth alive and each on average lives 75 years. That means the human population has been tanking the Sun for 750 billion person years, let's low ball it and say 250 billion. Humanity's durability is 25x higher than the attack potency of a GRB.
If our guard is up or speed is equalized, we tank the GRB and win by BFR (battlefield removal) because the ray is gone within milliseconds. If our guard is down we get speedblitzed.

I still don't understand how the energy from the "naked eye" burst which reached 5.3 ish from like 2.5billion parsecs is generated. Yea I know erryone says...... Caution! It is a beamed energy akshaully.
GRB 08 whatsoever was much brighter than the brightest quasars (by several orders of magnitude), and was only a single star, and yet more, the GRB engine only the size of a small city. I'm assuming the spinning black hole provides the energy.
That's what black (secret handshake and heart aflutter eye gazing, and not vice hand grip and rape stare)science man says.
even tho he did say air foil rises cuz of muh pressure diff.
It says on muh google the absolute r-mag of afterglow was about -39 (the 2022 burst poss -41) or about 10 million times brighter than milky way.
Like how is it possible for just some star to boss and push around some shit that had been shredded from the star previously to light it up to power of over 10000 quasars. What mechanism?

A low intensity high energy gamma ray should be handled by Earth's atmosphere. I'm sure we've gotten them before.

So waves lower in frequency as they spread through the 'ambient medium'...curious.
That disproves the entire expanding universe Big Bang cosmology based on galactic redshit.

What's wrong with this? Pressure profile causes lift. It's in every aero textbook.

Gamma rays are photons and travel at the speed of light, so by the time you can detect a GRB, it's already hit you. There isn't a way to defend against them because you don't get any warning.
The only real 'solution' is interstellar colonization to ensure that the human race can't be wiped out by a single GRB.
