Most of it is browscience but some are correct.
Blue light may cause some people to fall asleep a few minutes later and blue light filters are mostly marketing talk. It's based on sound theory but in real life the effects are just too negligible.
Phone usage doesn't cause insomnia, fatigue or headaches and can't permanently alter your vision. All you really have to worry about is matching the screen brightness to ambient lighting for maximum comfort. Don't turn the brightness down or up just leave it on auto unless you explicitly want a certain brightness level for e.g. a movie.
Dark mode is good for the battery but not much beyond that. If you have astigmatism it'll cause more eye strain and white text on dark background is more difficult to read.
Doom scrolling and whatever alarmist shit journos are peddling is nothing new. People have been entertaining themselves with dumb menial shit for thousands of years. It won't give you depression and decrease your creativity lol. Most of it is just self fulfilling prophecy, it causes you anxiety because you feel guilty about something you've convinced yourself is awful.

Where the infographic is correct is that you should stop reading political ragebait and other kinds of journoslop that is meant to rile you up so you clickmaxx their articles and drive up engagement. Social media is equally bad because nowadays you mostly just talk to trolls and bots. Meeting up with people is a good tip and there's nothing wrong with chatting up your friends on instant messengers.
Maintaining physical health is important for mental health.
Seeking professional help is also good advice as they'll be able to tell you if you have a problem in the first place and then help you. Just don't take any meds and avoid therapists that suggest them as there's increasing amount of evidence showing their ineffectiveness. Most minor issues can be solved with therapy and major issues cannot be solved with a pill anyway.
