If we consider that the population reaches a ceiling of 11 billion and later it will decline as world birth rates fall below replacement levels, we can assume that the human species will become extinct before the year 3000.

I don't think humans will go extinct by their own doing. Very adaptable and creative species that can exploit a variety of habitats.
I hate to be the "nothing ever happens" type but I don't see a single point of failure for humanity in the near future. There are many points of failure like exhaustion of fossil fuels and overuse of natural resources that will create population pressure and lead to decline but I don't see the point where civilization just ends.
My best guess it goes well beyond 20 billion before greenhouse effect makes vast parts of the planet truly uninhabitable, increased desertification etc. Once growing regions reach their extremes near the poles there's only so much that agriculture can provide. At that point we'll see some civilizational collapse, a dark age of sorts, lasting probably several millennia until the planet heals and people migrate south and fuck it all up again.

dude, people are not dying out because of some natural disaster, but because they are not breeding enough, unless they start reproducing like rabbits, the human population will never exceed 11 billion.

This is based on satellite images that count houses, but even in China alone there are several hundred million more dwellings than people.

and after that it will only go down, to 0 at around 2800-3000 CE

Africa is booming in population. People are not anywhere near dying out, population decline from 8 to 2 billion would be great for overall sustainability.

The population will collapse faster than anyone can imagine

Yes, world population will grow to 11 billion (around 2100 CE) then it will fall.
