Why do fat people have problems with breathing?

Excessive fat around the chest wall makes it harder for the lungs to expand, and the excessive fat in the abdomen reduces lung volume by pushing the diaphragm up.

carrying extra dead weight in the form of adipose tissue is going to be energetically expensive. basic movements like walking will require a greater amount of muscle mass and energy/effort to do. Theres also some kind of lung compression from excess fat around the abdomen. and then theres the cardiovascular angle where being fat will make your heart work harder.

Breath is god. The sacred word that the goy interpret as "YAHWEH" is actually YHWH.. the hebrew syllables to indicate an inhale and exhale. Since weighted individuals have consumed more of god's glory they are entitled to more breaths.

But strength athletes carry a shit load of muscle and don't have the same problem?

difference is with extra muscle and training you become more vascular and have better blood circulation or heart function , its why the heart beat of athletes is lower than average when resting
and there is a horseshoe to this; really big athletes also get tried due to muscle burning calories fast and cant run for long

They 100% do.
Look at any long distance runner - they’re thin as fuck. They don’t look anything like powershitters. Take a 300lb bloatloard and put him on a treadmill, after 30 seconds he won’t be doing any better than a regular fatty.

sedentary people tends to have very low breathing capacity
being fat makes you exercise more for the same speed or distance
