Why am I at university learning things an AI can do out in and asking AI to explain it to me because the lecturers can't speak English and the lecture slides are incomprehensible?

It's just 500 slides like this; words with no coherent structure and mistakes everywhere. I can ask LLM to explain the same thing to me and it will present like i'm a human being with less words than this drivel. What's the point of the 3 question marks? Why can't they write proper sentences? I get why lectures use dot-point style but if you're trying to cram as many words onto a slide as possible you might as well just explain it properly at that point.
