How would one go around starting to collect medical data such as blood tests without a job in a hospital?
Overtime I built up an idea based on my experiences, research, papers, experimenting and I found a personal solution that appears to be working for me to solve the problem of mental health in general (comorbidity of several issues), which may end up being of help to cancer or other physical problems that haven't been found yet. I'm so far building the results, which I'm actively experiencing the improvement of beyond what placebo. I just don't know how long it will go on for
Overall, I need data proof- even if I have a result. I can attempt to find the pattern or formula that can be used universally to solve the problem if it's how I think it is- or at least help complex cases such as mines (not my words)

There is a lot of data published on scientific magazines with the names of the people changed but everyone else the same for privacy issues. This is how many researches do it
Usually if you work at a university you can get them for free but if you don't, you can subscribe to a magazine for like 30โฌ a month.

Thanks, I'll have a look into it to see if it all works out or ends up being what I'm looking for

Ended up getting a little distracted with other things and needing to fix my schedule, but plan to check it in 3 days-ish when I have more time. Though I have to admit it's difficult to keep going, because nothing will be believed and it's just a lot of effort when I'm not super far into getting better- even if I've made a lot of personal progress
So I kind of just want to enjoy my time now as I passively solve my problems until I eventually get arrested, jfk'd or grow old. I still have some curiosity in me though. The only reason I'm solving it in the first place is because no one could solve it for me and it seems everything I want done, I have to do it myself (and the nhs is garbage(and others are coping with failing with "b-but the cavemen")
I believe my bp decreased by -10 to -20 max for s/d/p mmHg. Even when increased
Though I'll compare it to my journal eventually and replicate the conditions I took them before. Which made me a little more curious on how it worms its way into other problems and potentially cancer since nothing denies it yet
Yes, I'm implying our problem initially has nothing to do with the brain and we don't need to shrink it

I'm assuming "just do" advice and diet fixing doesn't cure the problem, because that's what it means to have a mental disorder and why people can't change after a decade of trying ever method in the book. Such as the same was with me and doctors couldn't find any problem

tyty, will keep in mind

I'm patient on heavy meds, I am taking nutritional supplements to get away "negative symptoms of dissease" that wasn't there until I started the "treatment". It helps somehow. I guess, that good combo of plants can help a lot, not completely eliminating the sickness, but alleviating it to great extend.
What's your approach?

This makes sense, heavy medication focus the issue, one by negating a factor, and two by generating known side effects who become rational obvious consequences

My theory is that the problem lies with an incorrect hormone configuration that your brain requires- due to either your mother or father having an incorrect level during the time of procreation, which leaves you more likely to have the same problem down the line (based on how their +your genetics/brain is wired + environmental factors in how your brain develops). Such as a schizophrenia brain heavily needing limited and why it develops as your brain does (or appears to). It's likely running as intended, but there's something that isn't correct with the body to balance out the activity going on, ectect. Look at phobias, ocd, emotional control, so and so
I'll avoid typing up a paper on 4chan, but I'm currently altering my hormone levels to get to a correct point for myself. Which has given me a lot more emotional control, pulled back paranoia, makes stimulants more effective (I assume it'll take 6 months minimum to allow the frontal lobe or so to develop more if that's confirmed). Awareness increased by a *lot*, things have more color, focus increase, ability to control physical shaking more than I may have been able to previously, ect. I can test my ocd and arachnophobia as a bonus
Keep in mind, life long problems + all my tests were originally normal and no doctor or psychiatrist found any problems
Note, I don't recommend doing this on your own. I was just willing to take any risk to get better and dived head first into my idea, because I have no other option left but to trust myself
If I stop being active here and you just want to research it for fun, feel free to send any problems with it to [email protected] - given I'll be continuing to do this for the future, because it's what makes me better

Hormones? I'm trying to alter my BDNF to have more neurogenesis, then I want to activate sirtuins and inhibit mTor...
What other hormones to consider?

I landed on simply altering estrogen and testosterone levels, in which those alter other things I'm still looking more into- given I was never functional enough to go to uni or have a formal education. Got a lot to catch up on, so my apologies there
(not a victim of dysphoria, but the idea of dysphoria helped me gravitate towards this)

There are plants even for that.
But here I have something that may be imporant to you... There are plant chemicals in our daily anywhere, which have effect directly on this, even so directly as activating estrogen receptors directly. Some plants got that.
If you're dude, I recommend curcumin and for girls quercerin.

I can have another look at them, though I've likely tried in the past. I can't currently fully trust my past memory and functionality to 100% confirm or deny it. So thanks for sharing regardless

Berberine helps with memory even with Alzhaimers, but is more like long term memory...
Gotu-Kola helps short term memory.
