Depends, pretty much yes if we find one. The problem is with letting people evolve. It's morally wrong to vote on the genes of another entity, so if we do it, the experiment gets done. All the way. Raised to adulthood. Given the right to vote. You don't overrule the decision of experiments YOU chose to let loose in the world. You create life, evolution is owed. How it goes, whether you get outcompeted, these are not yours to decide for the rest of human history.

It just hasn't happened, maybe due to a lack of selective pressure versus hypothetical negative side effects that come with undelayed onset puberty.
Think about how pituitary giants are taller than average, which is usually more sought after but riddled with health issues. Another is macroorchidism in Fragile X syndrome patients. Sure, they have bigger balls on average, but they come with loads of side effects.

Most of human reproductive biology is dictated by the enormity of the human head. And we don't become sexually mature until typically our teens, because in order to birth a human a woman needs wider hips than a human head and a sturdy lower body to survive pushing out a human head, and to be born with those would kill the mother faster than a baby with a slightly bigger head.

From the perspective of resources: Fertility is only useful if you can raise the offspring. Newborns don't have the resources to raise offspring, so their parents would have to raise any hypothetical offspring. In most cases, parents are already raising as many offspring as they can already.
From a physiological perspective: there is a huge size difference between newborns and mother. At the very least, the child has to grow large enough to that the newborn can pass through the birth canal.
And in either case, why waste biological growth on organs that you aren't going to need for many years?

Same reason we aren’t six foot tall at birth. Growing a fully matured organism is an involved process, especially the bigger and more complex it is. Very few organisms are born fully or even close to fully developed. Almost spend a not-insignificant fraction of their expected lifetime maturing and their different systems gradually changing. Humans live about 80 years and spend about 20 maturing, elephants in the wild live to about 40 and spend 10-15 years maturing, horses live 20-25 years in the wild and take 5-7 years to mature, etc.
Even for smaller animals with short lifespans and gestation periods like rodents, possums, etc. their maturation times are a few months vs a lifespan of a year or two in the wild.
Growing and changing a body is not something you can generally do quickly.
