Scientifically speaking how is this possible? I used to have it in school and part of college, but now in my mid 20s it disappeared and I don't remember when it happened

I was, I gained some weight back just by eating more. I even had a web of veins on my abs, and I dont mean the obliques, I mean the rectus, near my chest. Took me less than a month to stop looking gaunt
