There are witch doctors that are far better at diagnosing cancer because they can smell it. When you don't have cancer they will use placebos to make you feel better, otherwise they will send you to their hospital (they make so much money they can buy a hospital) to get that shit cut out from you or something.

We don't know what causes depression or fibromyalgia or autism or chronic fatigue syndrome. There are no treatments for it and we really aren't better informed.
