I really want to pick up boxing just to get a basic understanding of defending strikes. I'm 1 dimensional af. I wrestled for 7 years and have a BJJ Blue belt. I wish I could train a striking art and try a couple MMA fights but I'm so damn busy. How is training Judo? I'm in America and I hear it's basically just a bunch of kids classes.
