The rules are simple, you have some contestants, at certain time they have say, 20 seconds to jump into the water, making it into the battle arena, there is no way to leave but by dying... winner may drown themselves, or starve to death, or something... You could have families compete, and have one of their children go into battle, and people can bet on it, and winning family gets a cut from how much bets went into the pool...
