My coach is a well known, MMA coach who has been around forever. He knew Vunak back in the day. He thought he was legit, I've heard tons of stories.
Vunak was a huge fucking coke head. So if Vunak actually showed up to teach the seminar, he would frequently disappear to do blow an come back all fucking zooted out of his mind.
He would also bring a mouthguard anytime he went to the bar and start fights.
The guy could definitely beat the shit out of people, but I probably would study something more modern.
