What I find the most amazing about the F1 is how they accelerate. You go from 218 mph to 62 mph in less than three seconds. I wonder what that would feel like.

Oh, I meant decelerate. I guess you could consider that acceleration anyway.

for an untrained? it would feel like smashing your helmet against the wheel.
See vid below, a guy as passenger in a modified F1 car. It's literally impossible for a non-pilot to even hold his head and not only when breaking, fast turns as well.
