I just started getting into kite surfing since where I live has no waves but a decent windy beach.
I'm looking at buying a fully new kit from the store with:
>2022 Rebel sls 11m
>2023 Jamie with carbon fins
>2023 entity foot straps
>2022 trust bar with freestyle loop
>a harness (whatever fits best)
>XL kite pump
for about $2700 USD

what ya'll think?

Bringing this 0 post thread back from page 10 (don't know what it is, didn't read, don't care) to let you all know that this board is my own personal toilet. I do not care about the subject matter, I only come here to spew asinine nonsense.

I love windsports. I just started getting into windsurfing, and I find an old guy giving up all his gear for crazy cheap. I still need a wet suit tho.

If I were you, try to find some used great on Facebook/craigslist/eBay before spending that much

Buy used stuff in the start, basically no difference, for s medium skilled, but the price difference is a huge.
11m sounds a little small, i of course don't know your wind conditions, bit it's a easier and more fun to learn in slower condition's with a 14m ish.
Get a "dog leash" for you board, so you don't have to body drag.
