How do I start prepping for these sports? Im new to all this but Im developing a fascination with mountaneering, naval movements(cayak,crossing rivers etc). or sprint racing with obstacle course,as in the spartan race stuff.

You learn each sport individually and then start linking them together. Learn to climb mountains. Learn to kayak. Find a mountain near a river, kayak there and climb it, kayak home. Keep adding sports.

For the spartan races, they literally have training programs on their website. Get a good cardio base running 10k, add in some HIIT and plyometrics like P90X, and do their beginner races

Don't overthink it, OP. Just be sure you're in decent shape and start doing it. Start small and start building skills and confidence.
