I feel you bro. Hurt my knee the other week after only 4 months of training Muay Thai. My other knee is also a bit fucky from a previous ACL tear. I just want to train, it's like I'm allowed a small taste and then it's yanked away from me.

The only time something like this happened is when I swore I had a hairline fracture in my foot from kicking my coach's shin. Kept going back after a week, a week, a week, a week, and would hurt it again. Eventually I let it heal for an entire month and it was ok, but I kept reinjuring it for 3 months straight. Never went for an X ray
