quite a lot of them are up on youtube. Channels like 'embrace cejudo' etc have lots of them. Most of the pride era fights are up as well on various accounts.
though lets be honest fight pass isn't that much. If you are doing this for a youtube video then the revenue from the views will easily cover the small cost.

scrounge up whatever footage you can from Youtube and go from there. Check stats from her fights, think about context etc. Doesn't have to be perfect. Try nonfight stuff as well like articles about her judo and BJJ if you can. Finesse as much as you can

Check out bilibili they have tons of fights, use yt but look for them in either the ufc russia or ufcenespañol. Many channels also have them but under names like "Cheeto Vera vs Alcohol and Cigarrettes" and stuff like that
