Lethwei allows head butts and you are also allowed to keep fighting after getting knocked out. Like you can get knocked out cold and your corner gets 2mins to revive you and you can keep fighting.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rough_and_tumble_fighting
Ears, noses, lips, fingers and genitals could be disfigured in these fights, but Gorn notes:

The emphasis on maximum disfigurement, on severing bodily parts, made this fighting style unique. Amid the general mayhem, however, gouging out an opponent's eye became the sine qua non of rough-and-tumble fighting, much like the knockout punch in modern boxing. The best gougers, of course, were adept at other fighting skills. Some allegedly filed their teeth to bite off an enemy's appendages more efficiently. Still, liberating an eyeball quickly became a fighter's surest route to victory and his most prestigious accomplishment.

—Gorn (1985)

Rough and tumble would win but doesn't exist anymore so krav maga is probably number 1. Number 2 may be lethwei or mma but lethwei isn't popular outside Burma so finding a gym may be difficult and I don't know if we can call mixed martial arts a martial art. That being said, number 2 is probably muay thai.

Wouldn't weapon based martial art technically be the most violent? You can only do so much in a fight with just your hands that doesn't turn into torture. However, you can damage multiple organs or limbs depending on what weapon you use.

Probably bare knuckle boxing. Allowed techniques are limited but those guys are retarded and push on well past the point of injury. It will more reliably bring you pain and suffering than any other style by destroying the joints in your hands, which is pretty extreme. Unlike some of the more obscure/extinct arts listed above like pankration or rough and tumble, you can probably find a gym somewhat close to you and compete in it.

Seriously tho: Are CBZ\death match wrestlers seen (in the pro-wrestling world) as jobbers and clowns who didnt cut it for the main events, or as the special task-force who endure what others cant endure?
maybe in USA theyre the former, and in japan the latter?
>also cursed question but do you think any death match women work as femdoms as a side-job ? former coomer here, sorry.

We actually got a ton of armored combat competitors who joined our judo club for this very reason. You can basically just block with your shield and grapple. That sport is so new and so small I hope they figure the ruleset out because it could be a really fun spectator sport if they get everything right.

I grew up on czw and even watched a few shows live.

You do understand that pro-wrestling isn't real and that they actually take a lot of care and preparation to not seriously hurt each other right? They are basically the stage show version of stuntmen. It's a fantastic art form but it isn't actually fighting.
Despite how violent it looks 99% of the injuries and blood is superficial.
To be honest they aren't usually even that good of wrestlers and the pay isn't as good as you would think for the amount of pain they go through.

If you are an extreme and violent person - Jeet kune do.
just learn what you want and figure out how what works and how to take it to extremes.

People saying Muay Tahi - disagree - fighters may be very active, but overall it is painstakingly slow. I'd say a fucking ice-hockey appears more violent than MT.

Mensur is German academic fencing but it's different than Olympic prancing.
It's done with sharp blades, only a bit of protection for nose+eyes and you're not allowed to move. Goes to first blood.
