At the very least his in depth explanation of hook variations is worth spending some real time on. He really gets into the specifics of every different way to drive it from pure hip to pure hand.

The first point is already misleading in demonstration, if not the intentioned concept. The "bend your knees" is too much bend, and you only use it in a level change when you're the smaller fighter ala Tyson. You're supposed to bend your knees slightly when someone tells you to do that, like he does in the "correct" demo
