I can't remember the fighters, but the one that stands out to me was in WEC. One fighter shoots as an advancing movement from way too far out, the other just brings his knee forward and up to meet the skull. Wham bam KO ya ma'am. Search engine is only turning up flying knees, and the guy was definitely just standing.
