Found a sanda class with a good teacher and a decent tournament team that I'm thinking of joining. The thing that makes me hesitate is majority of the class are teens 13 and up(who are very skilled) and only a hand full of adults. Would it still be worth joining being a 30 year old?

As long as the 13yr olds can fuck you up, the only reason not to is stupid pride.
