Of course everybody has a bit different style but it's usually
>guard is a compromise between protecting your face and ribcage
>wide bladed stance
>many punches, mostly to the face, many overhands
>some low kicks
>very few other kicks
>some clinching and kneees in clinch
>very few elbows (more on the ground but that's not what I'm talking about)
