If you can't build or otherwise gain access to a simulated obstacle then practicing precision jumps would be the way to go, either both feet at once or in running strides depending on the difficulty of the distance relative to your level of skill and fitness. Do you train parkour?

Gymnast tend to do well in these sort of obstacle course shows.
Though now days people train specifically for these shows as it's own niche sport. They are somewhat popular with people super into calisthenics as a sport. They also tend to do really well in these shows even without specific training for them in particular.
