I can make 20 pullups tophanded but I still struggle when I try a muscle up. How do I train for something you can't even do once?

try the muscle up movement in a reverse order and do it as slow as you can, it will hit the same muscles as the normal muscle up but cost less strength

Do it with momentum at first then do less and less movement until you can static it. Also do more explosive pullups (lower chest to bar) or clap pullups from deadhang

Alternative: Update your AAU and see if it happens again. If so, disable win10fix, enable wined3d and software vertex processing.
