Would it be possibly, with enough training and conditioning, to pierce human flesh with one finger? I found this video of some korean guy punching holes in fruit and stuff with his fingers, (assuming it isn't a hoax, that board breaking bit looked pretty suspect) but human flesh is a different thing altogether, right?

Practice nukite with sand or rice bucket as well as the grasp, twist in & out, extend motion with that for basic training, also get some grippers, seriously.

In theory yes, though it's wildly impractical due to the absurd amount of conditioning it requires.
If you want to put holes in people just use a weapon.

I would think the finger nail would br more key. Eating a healthy diet that focuses on nail strength, training the nail shape, filing it into a pointed edge, and maintaining the nail with wax or something would go a long way toward piercing flesh.
