>It costs 269 burgerbux per day to ski at Vail...
When did you get priced out of ski hills?

I’m fine with this as long as they don’t subsidize niggers to show up. Poors and shitskins turn it into ghetto trash.

Maybe some time in the 90's or 2000's. Never been since both my parents had injuries related to DH skiing. Both supposedly involved retarded beginners getting in the way.
Me? I like cross country or dh mountain biking.

Dude, it's the uphill skier's job to not hit people in front of them. Your parents are retards.

The prices are fucking ridiculous. I try to get friends to go with me for their first time, but it's hard to convince people to spend $300 to try something they might not like.
>inb4 go to New Mexico, it's cheap
I'd rather just not go

I feel your pain , went Skying 10 plus years ago on a school trip and spent 3 days eating out of the vending machines 12 fucking dollars fore a glass of orang juice cheapest thing on the menu This was not a fancy restaurant were talking burgers and fries. The golf course I used to play golf at a kid is now booked 2 year in advance my dad had standing reservation fore 4 and never played a dime as people were always hoping to fill the spot of a no show and if you were a second late or evin standing at the desk to sign in you still got charged.

Probably but it was the 70's and teenagers do stupid shit. One ended up mostly fine after it. The other has little implications from the injury but it's not debilitating. Both dodged the person but ended up tumbling down the mountain or some shit. I get tired of hearing these stories after the 3rd time. Crazy to me how my grandparents family would go up every weekend as a family of 5 kids and afford it. Can't imagine bankrolling that now.

Both were on black diamonds where shit happens.

You have to buy out of season, that's the way this shit works
Same way I only buy tools on sale

Black diamonds are the beginner area. Anyone who isn't shit at skiing sticks to the double blacks and the unrated cliff areas
