I am exceptionally shit at going goofy, it's like i don't even need to bother trying, something in my brain just paralyses me

but the other ones I'm fine...

ok the main issue a lot of people have is that they are not yet completely comfortable before they start trying tricks.
try working on ollies but rolling at a slow speed. you dont need to go too fast, but learning them stationary will set you back in the future.

That’s a fuckin popsicle stick bro

just do them (rolling like the other anon said)
psych yourself out and commit
they will feel awkward and you will fall but after a while, you'll start to get it, get a helmet and pads if you're too scared of getting hurt
don't ollie into grass, shit held me back so much
do hippie jumps too to get you used to jumping off the board, helped me immensely.
also get a bigger board off of FB marketplace or something, it's not 1998 anymore.

It's not the equipment it's the user. Git gud. Every beginner should spend less time thinking about their set up and more time skating.

Is that pic of the actual board? If so, that's not even a real board, that's some toy store horseshit. Go cobble together some real used parts or a cheap used complete off eBay or something and use that.

Is there anything wrong with starting wiht a walmart board if you're just learning the basics of standing on a board without falling over?

not really but just standing on a board while stationary is pretty easy

i think you will learn that pretty quickly and will want to move onto rolling, which in that case you would want a decent skateboard

actually I take that back, you can learn to roll on a crappy walmart board - it doesn't really matter
