That just falls under urbex. I loved doing it as a teenager but its too risky to do regularly as an adult because you can very easily get put in jail for it if the cops and prosecutors are having a bad day. Plus with the rise of urbex videos on the Youtoobs, now all the best spots are well-known and regularly checked by cops. As with anything, popularity killed the hobby.
