Besides what the other post stated, CTE and other injuries. I've heard emotional issues are pretty common. Learning how to fight isn't the only reason people get into a martial art. I like BJJs culture and it scratches that sparring/fighting itch without a super high risk.

There's no MMA gyms where I live. Well there are but they all teach different classes every day. Who the fuck has the time/flexibility to attend these classes, I have no idea.
