Does hunting dangerous animals like rhinos and lions count as an extreme sport? Has anyone here ever done this? How dangerous exactly is it?

Maybe in the 1800s it was. But the only big dangerous animals that can be hunted now in Afrika are those bisons/buffalo they have that actively kill more humans than lions. Probably other games too like Gazelle and boar that aren't endangered.
