Shaw would get destroyed by Mike Tyson with MMA training.
Even if Shaw had kickboxing training, he would get crushed.
Now if Shaw had some decent wrestling and BJJ, I could see a match.

Mike Tyson wins as long as he doesn't inexplicably pretend to be a barbell in the middle of the Octagon.

Lifting weights doesn't prepare you for being hit in the face really hard.

And boxing doesn't prepare you for 200kg of strong muscle rushing you and squashing you on the floor
These guys had to go easy on the number one BJJ submission grappler in the world. They would suffocate Tyson

As far as fighting is concerned, it's never a bad idea to bet on the man who trains to fight. Enormous strongmen have taken part in fights before and have generally embarrassed themselves, because they are not trained fighters. Yes, if Shaw succeeded in getting into a position where he could make use of his size and strength, he'd be able to do some damage - but since he isn't a fighter there's no guarantee he'd be able to get into such a position, especially if his opponent knows what he's doing. Being extremely large would become more and more of a handicap as the fight went on, ad would further decrease his chances of getting into a favourable position. In short, unless Tyson made a huge mistake very early on in the fight, he'd win.
