More responsive turning, probably a lighter feeling, will eventually feel good to do stalls and grinds on. Indy Hollows are my favourite. They made skating pools very fun and the reduced weight made a hell of a difference to my pop. That and just surfing around on them is lots of fun.

if you have the proper gear and can at least skate/ride your board while filming this should be a very easy task for you. if you can't push around and film at the same time you need to learn and it should be easy, get a setup and put some cruiser wheels on it. when you are at the skatepark just ask people that are skating if you can practice filming them. eventually look into filming at some skate spot/street skating cause skatepark clips are whack. but starting at a skatepark to find people that will be down to film is fine. should be ez pz. theres no way to avoid learning how to ride/skate while filming so do not try to work your way around it. it's the least you can do if you want to promote skating is at least learn how to fucking cruise and skate while holding a camera.
