you generally just first need to plan how you want the story to be told on a page, and also how you want your reader to read it.
a yonkoma (4panel) or comic strip (3panel) style is simple, but limited if you want to tell a more elaborate tale.

Current goals overall:
>figure out how each of the hero trio met + why they're sticking together
>design the main villain
>figure out MC's name
>figure out how to effectively use preexisting worldbuilding in the story
>figure out what the world would be like if it had evolved alongside magic - magic tech, magical infrastructure, magic entertainment
it's a budding project and there's a lot to go, but I'm getting there!

Considering starting a collaborative comic on /qst/, because I'm better at making an interesting board than coming up with a plot. I feel like I'm too slow, how do you guys organize/manage your time for your webcomic ?
