I do have to note I find it interesting how much the usual liberal humanism breaks down on this subject. Hard to say everyone is equal or anyone can be treated for anything when this subject comes up and the people who interact with them realize how far they are from the mental baseline of pure thinking.
I've seen countless online posts from such humanists barely contain their desire to begin a eugenic campaign to cleanse the Earth of anyone with BPD.
Religion does seem to do a better job handling them, thought it always runs the risk of said BPD taking over and the inmates run the asylum.

yeah, that is also my experience pretty wild, some here call it second puberty in other contexts, pretty apt. For me it started around 29, hair thinning, muscles getting harder more gaunt facial features. pretty wild. Became sexually way more aggressive and dominant than before. Before I pretty much sexually inert a was often read as gay even - especially as a teen but that's a bit to far back to really say much about it now. Let's just say, in hindsight, I feels as if teens like me were specifically targeted with the transgender stuff we now mentioned so often. I think who "they" are targeting has changed a bit now... but again, the time when I was lanky, tall and looked like my mom is long past - thankfully
