๐Ÿงต WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS??

Anonymous No. 16208822

>It is becoming increasingly likely that China will land people on the Moon and build the first permanent base before the US.

Where is NASA?? Where is Elon Musk?? We must not let the Han build a structure on the lunar surface before us.

nasa can only achieve anything if it becomes a political goal to go to the moon. Lets remember this is the same organization that allowed us to lose our access to the iss and is building "shuttle derived" horseshit

So why don't we go back before them? They're building a base there. What about us?

because there is no incentive to. Nasa's incentives are to keep existing and make job. Congress's incentives are to keep contractors happy so that they will get reelected because they keep jobs going in their states. Contractors want to keep building the same old shit for inflated prices for government gibs. This is why private companies have fucked ULA

Protectionism is bad for the economy though, it nurtures negative business practices. The smarter thing to do is to fund companies that actually show promise.

Bruh, you can give NASA all the money it will stay the same dysfunctional diversity infested tranny taxpayer sinkhole.

The US had to literally switch it's space program into central planning (oh, the irony), where NASA got a free hand to commandeer anyone's resources as they wished. All for only one a single goal, to put a man on the moon, then crap itself into nothingness.
The soviet space program was about furthering the horizons of humanity, while the american one was all about prestige and claiming victory over a goal they themselves set.

I'd sooner trust Musk to put man on the moon than fucking NASA.
