I'm not part of the vegan community because I know it's just political rubbish and has ideological roots but I'm a person willing to abandon my precepts if they are proven false.... can you categorically prove that veganism is false and harmful to humans? You can use whatever argument you want, including the "historical" argument, but some data would be uncomfortable to use. And about the dice, I have doubts because the "other side" also shows several dice, so is it just one throwing dice over the other?

>can you categorically prove that veganism is false and harmful to humans?
No, but here's why I'm not one:
- A lot of the good it does by cutting out factory farming of animals is negated by so many vegans eating hyper-processed food that requires similar amount of industry
-Said processing seems to be a requirement for complete nutrition
-Subjectively, most vegans I've known seemed to be physically weak
-I can get local meat that's raised kindly and sustainably, and don't eat as much of it as I used to anyway. Ironically it's harder for me (in my personal situation, not a global thing) to get equally sustainable vegetables/grain
- trying to end animal suffering would require exterminating all predators which would guarantee ecosystem collapse. As sad as it can be, life and death go hand in hand and I'd rather live within that cycle than fuck up the whole world trying to "fix" it before we understand how it even works.
Ultimately I don't care what you do, but please try to eat local and raise as much of your own food as you can.

If you center your entire life around a carefully constructed and controlled vegan diet, you might be ok. Normal people though would starve to death, most people can hardly get enough nutrition without massive dietary restrictions.

Oh, shut the fuck up OP.
If you weren't you wouldn't even think to mention that.
Just kill yourself.
You're just baiting gullible idiots so you can promote your vegan idiocy.
Shut up.

vitamin B-12 is a good hint. Besides, no animal is 100% vegan in nature, even herbivores cannot avoid eating residual animal protein as they ingest small insects in the vegetables they eat. It is also well known that frugivores, like humans, also eat ocasional bugs and critters.
Veganism is a recently conceived concept, it's 100% fantasy.
I'm saying this as 90% vegan diet person, mind you, but one cannot be a fundamentalist when obvious facts are in one's face: we're basal frugivores maladapted to a dietary "hack" brought on by our intelligence and tools, and our curiosity.

So what? Just replace it with a new ecosystem.

Don't care.
Just eat what you want.
Don't force others to eat what you want.

so why exactly are you a vegan then?
we all know you crave animal foods like every other vegan does and we all know you cheat every now and again just like every other vegan does
I think most of you are well meaning people but you will eventually come to terms with having to eat animal foods to feel good again and you will realize that listening to your body is the first thing you should have been taught to do since you were a child
I wish you well

You could just have enough cobalt, and it wouldn't been a problem. When people took cobalt, it worked so well that they banned it in sports as illegal doping.

You keep posting this abortion of a chart that has been disproved so many damn times. It's clear you don't care about what's true.
