The cadence will never be met when road closures and 12 hours of messing around with SPMTs are required to move anything to or from the OLM. Officially the plan is to do most of the launching from Florida, but if you think about this and try to synthesis it with their plan to have hundreds or even thousands of Starships then it doesn't make sense. The coating isn't paint, and in any case has the same chemical composition but the way they're applying it has evidently changed. The overall structure of the tiles are the same, fused fibers of quartz. They've also thrown in a few other kinds of fibers, aluminum/etc, which were previously used in some specialized shuttle tiles.

Of course this is from development Starship, and the tiles used on Starship are obviously evolving since they haven't been doing super great. Would have been nice if NASA had figured out something better in the years since Shuttle, but all they evidently managed was small tweaks.
