🧵 Climate Change

Why can't people just use the extra energy trapped by the greenhouse gases to power things same as they do with solar energy and wind energy?
Isn't it good that the greenhouse gases trap extra energy to use here instead of letting it go off out into space?
Maybe in the end if you were able to use the extra heat for power, you'd nearly want to pump more greenhouses gases into the atmosphere to trap more heat to use.
🧵 Quitting Life?
Anonymous at Fri, 14 Mar 2025 22:39:33 UTC No. 16619121
People seem to be quitting life, or leaving society. I noted there were four people who left medicine, for example. From what I understand, two of them are "productivity" people: Ali Adball, and Zach Higley (picrel). There was also a neurosurgeon (https://www.youtube.com/results?se
There are other STEM people, like RealCivilEngineer quit their STEM job to exit the rat race STEM world.
I have a few thoughts why: 1) The world is shit and it doesn't matter if you check-out of society since everything is irredeemable anyway; 2) Feeling of robotic dread; 3) society burn out where there's nothing good in life, and there's a massive hole in your being that makes you want to leave; 4) objectively seeing life, feeling disgust, and withdrawing from society.
So, is this psychological, spiritual, or what? I don't know, and maybe these examples aren't unique, and maybe 100 years ago when "productivity" lifestyles weren't relevant for success, but people still dropped out of life.
🧵 Echoflux Mathematics
Anonymous at Fri, 14 Mar 2025 21:44:44 UTC No. 16619061
So I’ve been brainstorming and coming up with what I believe a new dynamic to Mathematics as we know it.
The Core Idea is basically, numbers are not fixed values but more resonant echoes that evolve over time based on their flux lattice, a multi dimensional structure that affects their behavior. So instead of numbers being static Echoflux treats them as waves propagating through an ever changing space.
1. Numbers can vanish and then reappear ie:some numbers can collapse to zero based on their lattice configuration but be revived in later operations.
2. The operations modify how numbers behave, so the math evolves with each step.
3. Numbers follow recursive interactions but may also evolve smoothly over time. So potentially could lead to a natural connection between algebra, calculus, and physics.
EN): A number’s value isn’t fixed but depends on its echo depth (τ) and flux lattice (F).
Fusion (⋄) and Amplification (⊻) Operations: Instead of arithmetic, these operations blend, amplify, or cancel numbers dynamically.
Fusion Operation (⋄ E_n(t) = n + Σ_{d=1 to r} ( (n * I_d(t) / d!) * cos(π * x_d(t)) ) +
En (t) Time-evolving Echoflux Number.
n Base value (“seed tone” of the number)
τ Echo recursion depth (past/future influence).
I_d (t) Flux intensity in dimension d at time t.
x_d (t) Position in the flux lattice at depth d, evolving with t.
Integral term Captures resonance effects propagating through time.
So tell me I’m a skizo wasting my time or I can give more answers and proofs of my silly new fundamental idea of math.

🧵 Discrete Math should replace Calculus
Anonymous at Fri, 14 Mar 2025 18:14:25 UTC No. 16618889
Reality isnt continuous. Theres no such thing as infinitely small steps, everything moves in discrete jumps, no in-between. Space is a structured 3D grid, the smallest step is a geometric necessity, and Time doesnt exist by itself, its just the count of these updates. Nothing is truly still, because of forces and because the smallest step size is so small that it ensures constant movement. everything from particles to planets is always shifting, even if by the tiniest step. the smallest step size might be tiny but its not infinitely small and that is a big difference.
inb4
>we havent measured/seen any smallest steps, theres no evidence this exists
we are inside the grid nigga, so we cant observe the "gaps" directly. Asking "why haven’t we detected discreteness?" is retarded because we are part of the same step-based update system.
Physics still clings to smooth bullshit because science cucks are too lazy to rewrite everything from scratch and because theyre afraid they might get their funding cut.
We should be using discrete math instead of pretending reality is an infinite differential function.

Because the visual information is delayed by distance, does that mean that if an alien race living on some planet outside the solar system develops a superuberduper powerful telescope that let's them look at distant objects in great detail to the point they could even see people walking around on Earth, instead of seeing us they'd be seeing like dunno ancient sumerians or ancient greeks or whatever depending on how far they are from Earth.
Like those people are long gone but they still exist as ''visual information'' that can potentially be tapped into?
