Very new to this shit, hoping anons can provide some advice

I built and textured a map in Trenchbroom. I exported it to Blender as a OBJ/MTL from a folder containing the textures. Luckily, the textures kept their coordinates, but when I open the UV mapping menu, I get this fucking messy nightmare. Why? Is it because there's so many individual brushes? Is the scale too large or something? I need to export the UV map as a PNG/BMP, because the engine I'm working with can only reference one texture per object. Any ideas? Thanks anons

I'm working with some ancient shit here and need advice. I've created a map via an application called Trenchbroom, which allows you to texture your environment, as seen below. I then exported the map to an OBJ and MTL file. However, I gotta convert the map to an X file, which I've done through Wings3D. But texturing is a bitch - I need a UV map. I can only load in one PNG per object in the game engine (it's old as fuck). I tried doing it in Wings3D, but each brush had its own window pop up, and it crashed my computer. Should I just texture in Blender? Will it create an automatic UV map or something? Help me through this and i'll send you lots of prayers, I hate this shit

I Suddenly can get autocad working on my machine, I used it mostly for college station stuff and now I was practicing again because is needed a lot in my field. The student version ain't working, neither the pirate installer that I got.
Is fusion360 a good alternative ? At least is close enough to do the same exact stuff? I'm looking it more for 3d modelling like pieces design

/agdg/ told me i'll find an artist for making a game here. i'm good at c++ and unreal. but i'm also good at unity/c#. i know how to program pathfinding, inventory systems, how to save games, ui's etc.
the thing is, i got no job, i'm 30 yo, i'm perma neet, but i like programming, i could basically program all day. i need an equivalent of this, but an artist who's like that. someone who could draw all day when he has a clear goal.
i don't want to make lewd games or other weird type of games. other than that i'm open for everything.
since i really have 0 hopes to find anybody, i'd at least appreciate if you guys could tell me if finding someone like that is even possible.
also if you post the generic ironic/sarcastic 4chan reply i'll just ignore you, so decide for yourself if you want me to read your post or not. you wont get a reply for it that's for sure.
