🧵 Engineering 2d animals to test 3d space

AIFag !Gy8L8Ggb7w No. 16086688

to test the hypothesis that 3d space is a construction of the mind, we can engineer a microsopic animals that live in a 2d environment, potentially nanometer in height. the animals will only be able to travel in artificial 2d directions. after a fuck ton of generations, maybe keep the experiment running for decades or centuries, we remove the animals from the 2d environment and put them in a 3d space where getting food requires navigating in the 3rd extra dimension. if the animals still can navigate the 3rd dimension properly, it's possible that 3d dimension is somehow hardcoded into the neurostructure of all animals and 3d space is fundamental structure of the universe, not a representation.

🧵 post science methods

Anonymous No. 16086480

What do you expect from a post science world? I expect science to largely be deprecated soon.

An immediate tech tree upgrade would be abandoning the current system of science for data collection and neural networks. Meaning the new paradigm is creating mass data collection and relying on neural networks of any architecture to predict the output or find patterns. No more hypothesis and experiment but rather data capture/creation and NN predictions.

What do you think is coming soon with post science paradigms? Either immediate or far-future upgrades to the algorithm? I think we can all agree the age of journals is ending. We should fundamentally analyze science, how it functions, and how it can be altered or improved and not treat it like a holy bible forever.

Mosquitoes are goners.
Everywhere in West Europe and USA, there are only humans who took the corona vaccine.

Mosquitoes who drink the blood of such humans will die.

When was the last time you saw a mosquito?

So I'm pretty shit at math, did average in school but that was 10 years ago, I didn't value an education back then.

I'd like to improve with the goal of getting to college level, Khan Academy seems like a great place to learn, but they have quite an overwhelming selection, I'm not sure what courses to do and in what order. So many of the courses seem repeated, I just want to take the most efficient (and obviously beneficial) route.

I've looked for syllabuses online but couldn't find any guides, can anyone advise on a path going from Arithmetic to college level Calculus / linear algebra?

The plasma doesn't compress, it is always decompressed. It can, at max, go super bright and then puff up gasses.

And there are about 3 billion stars in our universe.

Peak oil is demonstrably false.
1. Fossil fuels are hydrocarbons from dead life.
2. The oxygen in the atmosphere, and the hydrocarbons in the ground are the product of photosynthesis.
3. Balance the chemical equation: there must be enough hydrocarbon on earth to fully replace the oxygen in the atmosphere.
Conclusion: you will literally suffocate before we run out of fossil fuels.

(PS: the oxygen in the air is technically a fossil fuel)

Some fat people cope by saying that statistics that around 80% of people regain the weight is not true and that their uncles or whatever's lost weight and kept it off for a while. But if the statistics are false and the success rate is higher than observed and the research is faulty, percentages of overweight and obese people continue to rise, wouldn't they at least stay stagnant? Since every fat person I know wants to lose weight, so obviously if it was that easy to keep it off, people wouldn't be fat.

Why is desalination considered such difficult and expensive technology?

All that needs to be done is to let the water evaporate in giant beds right? Is there any issue with that? Perhaps a long, flat greehouse that is 1 foot tall would work for this. fans could blow the evaporated humid air into condensers to form the fresh water.

Racial difference in the age at which children can pass the mirror test have nothing to do with racial IQ differences, the age difference (18 months for whites, 6 years for blacks) is strictly a cultural phenomenon.
