Anyone here a part of a modding community aka making models for already existing games. Stuff like GTA San Andreas for example? I want to learn by imitating already existing art but I don't know where to start. I don't even know how to inspect 3d models from old games in blender or any other 3d software for that matter. For example this game uses .LGO files in models folder. I tried googling solutions but nothing came of it.

why are Rockstar Games after 14 years still the only studio to use these procedural animations on ragdolls? is it really that hard to integrate something similiar to Euphoria into a game or have they patented that shit?

Sorry chuds, can't use propietary tools.
Will use only FOSS tools on linux and make my own using only Free and Open Source Software.
I know it will be harder, but It will be worth the effort.
I just need to get better at 3D, using only blender, armor paint and material maker and asset forge and kenshape.

This trailer recently popped up in my feed.

It looked sketchy to me because the model's face looks eerily simliar to those VRoid models. And the art style looks too underdeveloped to have a decent facial model (if you see the environments and the 2d art). On top of that the game has "trendy" homages to Persona 5 and harvest moon.
Is this game a scam in the making?
I don't use VRoid so if there's anons that are familiar with the program and can confirm, it'd be helpful.

I've got STL files for warhammer that I'm hoping to print, however they are very true to the original models - In other words they are very squat and their proportions are out of whack.
Is there a simple way to extend the limbs, or add extra space to the model at key locations (Upper legs, stomach, shins etc) to improve the scale and make it less dwarfy looking?

Decided to use the live sync addon of armor paint and blender, then exported as GLTF to Godot using a single click.
Now I can texture in armor paint and update in godot with 2-3 clicks.

I got an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro recently but someone I lived with is extremely paranoid about the fumes and won't listen to reason about simply pairing it with a filter. I don't want to start a fight so I was wondering if it's possible to put it outside for printing. The problems are that I know that the microsecond any sunlight touches resin, the top layer hardens, that I don't have a shed or garage to use, and that the printing cycle is temperature-sensitive (though I live in fairly temperate SoCal). Would putting it in a four-corner upf 50 tent before filling it and beginning a print be ok? If so (or if not) what would you recommend?
